By purchasing from us, you agree to this refund policy. Refunds are only available if your jeans arrive damaged or are lost during shipping and never delivered. If we send you the wrong size, you may return them for a full refund, but a replacement pair will not be provided. All approved refunds require the jeans to be shipped back to us at your expense. Refunds are not available for sizing issues or change of mind.
